Wow this thread makes me feel like I belong now!
Most post I've seen talks about bling in the 3ct above for daily wear, and I'm here talking to jewellery shops saying I think a 6mm (0.83ct) stone is too big for my size 4 finger. LOL
I don't have my bling to show yet, I just got my stone and looking for a designer to work with to create a design and set it for me.
my e-ring 8-9yrs old, used to wear it everyday. The sparkle never fails to amaze me!!! My1st love, even my whole family noticed the difference between this and GIA 3 ex
0.823 D VS2
Crown angle 34.9 (Made me realized I love higher crown angle)
Pavilion angle 40.8
ring size 4.5, customsetting requested by my DH, I used to think why he didn’t just get simple solitaire and wasted so much money on the setting? But after I tried solitaire 2 weeks ago now I know I like having blings next to my center stone (took me almost 9yrs to this realization).
Gorgeous! I love these proportions. What is your finger size? Do you happen to know the exact width of the diamond in mm?
Thank u! Hahah I used to feel it was abit small when I was chubby then I lost 4 ring sizes and now it looks great! My ring size is US 5.5ish. I’m not sure the exact dimensions of the diamond but it’s 0.72ct.
I recently got my engagement ring re-sized, and took some hand shots to celebrate! It's .41 ct, in a platinum setting. Here it is with my 2mm platinum wedding band; my .10 ctw anniversary band; and all three together!
This is a classic look, and my personal favorite.
Sorry my pics aren't great, all I have is my Samsung cell phone camera. This is my 0.70 carat elongated cushion Henri Daussi halo setting. 0.30 in the setting so tcw is 1 carat. 14 k white gold size 7.75. Center stone is a J VS2. Smaller stones are G/H SIs. 8 of them are fluorescent too lol.
I have a 0.55 lab created pear solitaire too, G SI1 and am waiting on a natural 0.54 oval solitaire K SI1 fromto come. That one has medium fluorescence so I can't wait to shine my blacklight on it!
@ThiaChelf could u share the measurements for your daussi diamond? It's beautiful!
